Michelle give us a run for our money right from the first minute I saw her. Requiring immediate vet attention and spending 3 days with our vet Mike, we had to name her after him. Without him, Michelle would not be with us today and we are thankful she is. A beautiful filly with ATTITUDE, Michelle will be in the show ring in 2008 to show you why she is so special.

This is my favorite foal of the year. Not because of her coloring- which I love but because she is a foal that is very much aware of what is going on around her and very kind. She has already stolen the hearts of the residents at the local nursing home and was so well mannered.

Unfortunately Dale is no longer with us. We had been patiently waiting for Dee Dee to have a filly and even though Dale is a colt, he was a special one. Correct, wonderful coloring, refined and beautiful, he was show quality all the way. He was loved by all of us esp. our son Shawn. Rest in Peace Dale.

He was a colt that could have done it all: halter, color, performance and he would just steal your heart with his cuteness and charming personality then this colt will do it. Nugget is missed by all of us esp. our Jessie because she is quite smitten with him.

Buckskin Filly

This little girl called me from the barn to come and save her. Sounds strange but true and I reached her just in time. And that night she wrapped herself around me like she was thanking me. I have never had a foal do this. She is a jewel and a beauty. Unfortunately I couldn't save her in the end. She passed away in December and I still miss her and it tears me apart to write this. I love you Jewel. 

                 

Every once in a while you have a foal that you stop- step back and say WOW. This is such a colt. I knew when the second he was born he was like no other that we have had on the farm. Tiny, refined and LIMP. Scared the daylights out of me for about 2 hours. After 2 hours he jumped up as to say "WHAT" and hasn't stopped since. Named after my Yooper spouse Rick. As they say in Upper Michigan- Ya I'm a Yooper. Give me a beer. Watch for Yooper in the show ring, he will be fighting for the ribbons and the beer. AMHA Futurity Nominated

Bermuda has the most unusual triangle markings on her rear hoofs and reminded me of the Bermuda Triangle. Plus she has a little mystery about her so her name is perfect. She will be on the smaller side and mature between 31-32 looks like. She is refined with a beautiful head. She has the bonus of both parents being Top Ten. She will make a awesome broodmare.
